Membership: Membership is open to anyone owning or having interest in modified pre-’49 vehicles.

Dues: A set initiation fee of $10.00 per household plus $12.00 per voting member for dues per year. Any member joining prior to June 1^st will be pro-rated at $1.00 per month. Annual dues of $12.00 per voting member will be paid at the start of the fiscal year, June 1^st.If dues are not paid by June 1^st, a $10.00 initiation fee per household will be charged.

As a Charter Club of the National Street Rod Association, at least one family member is required to be an active NSRA member.

Officers: Officers must be a paid member. The governing body will consist of: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Each officer will be elected by a majority vote by eligible voting members present. The President will provide his/her vote in a sealed envelope given to the nominating committee prior to the election. The President’s vote will be counted only in the event of a tie. Terms of officers shall be for twelve (12) months. Should any position become vacant during the year, an election will be held to fill the remaining term. There will be no limit to the number of terms one person may serve. A nominating committee will be selected during the month of May. Election of officers will be held at the first meeting in June. Each May, the officers of the club shall meet to determine and verify status of the club, to review financial records, and to review the by-laws before the election. Newly elected officers will take office the first meeting in July.

Any officer may be impeached by a majority vote of all paid members.

Only members who have paid their dues by June 1^st deadline will be allowed to vote for the governing body of President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

Meetings and Activities: Meetings are held at least once a month. Activities will be scheduled on a monthly basis. Special meetings may be called at the convenience of the officers.

Raffles and Events: Early Iron members and their spouses are ineligible for the Easter Rod Run raffle drawing and are not allowed to register a vehicle at the Easter Rod Run or other Early Irons sponsored events.
